I am a writer, photographer, curator and lecturer based in Bath, England.

My photography focusses on my domestic environments and the interaction between personal, environmentatl and historical narratives as experienced through the family. My upcoming book. All Quiet on the Home Front will be published by ICVL later this year.

I write on photography for the BJP, Foam Magazinel, Photo Eye and other publications. I run a blog in which my less-edited thoughts are given voice. It's called Colin Pantall's Blog and you can read it here.

I am also co-editor of the upcoming book, Magnum in China, which will be published (and exhibited) later in 2017.

In education I have taught at UWE, Bath Spa University and on the Documentary Photography Course formally based at Newport.

I am  available for discussions on talks, workshops and curriculum development as well as other collaborations.
